Balloon Care and Safety

Balloon Lifespan

Indoor:

  • Helium Balloons: ~24 hours

  • Non-Helium Balloons:

    • Up to 4 weeks if kept away from direct sunlight

    • Up to 2 weeks if exposed to direct sunlight

Outdoor:

All balloons last approximately 24 hours, but durability is not guaranteed due to weather conditions.

Care Insructions

Transport with Care:

Keep balloons away from heat and direct sunlight. Use air conditioning when transporting in a hot car and avoid contact with hot metal surfaces. In cold weather, balloons may temporarily deflate but will reinflate once warm.

Avoid Sharp Objects & Surfaces:

Balloons can pop when in contact with sharp objects, rough surfaces, static, or metal awnings.

Keep Away from Children & Pets:

Uninflated or burst balloons pose a choking hazard. Store them safely and keep ribbons out of reach.

Outdoor Use:

We do not guarantee outdoor balloon durability due to weather conditions. Heat, wind, rain, and sun exposure can cause balloons to pop or degrade.

Storage & Handling:

Balloons should not be stored in bags for more than an hour as this can reduce float time. Latex balloons may become cloudy over time when exposed to heat.

Safety Precautions:

Never inhale helium, as it is dangerous. Most balloons are made from natural latex, which may cause allergies. Seek medical attention if symptoms occur.

Proper Disposal:

Cut balloons with scissors to release air, then dispose of them responsibly. Never release balloons into the environment.

While we use the highest-quality balloons and take every precaution to ensure longevity, we cannot guarantee their condition once they leave our care.
